Site fees: East Shore Campark Fee List for 2010
Seasonal Site Annual Fees: Includes Water, Sewer, Hydro(15 amp), boat launch fees. There are payment plans available such as three tri-annual payments due Oct1, Mar1, and Jun1 or ten month equal installments Oct to Jul. Waterfront and Water View Sites: $2185.45 + taxes for 2 adults(19 years of age and older.
Leisure Site: $1966.91 + taxes.
Recreational Site: $1639.09 + taxes
Extra Fees:
- Additional Adults: $100.00 + taxes
- Refrigerator(Standard): $70.00 + taxes
- 30 Amp Service: $60.00 + taxes (Limited Availability)
- To Install 30 amp service (one-time fee) Minimum $50.00 maximum $100.00 depending on time and materials required
- Dock Space: $140.00 + taxes (Seasonal Campers Only)
- Day Fees: $5.00 per adult(16 years of age and older)
- Overnite Fees: $5.00 per adult(16 years of age and older)
- Day and Overnite Fees: $10.00 per adult(16 years of age and older)
- Tent or Vehicle (for sleeping) on Seasonal Site: $20.00(max 2 adults), $5.00 per additional adult, per night. No Charge for Tent if occupied by children(under age 16)
- Camper Vehicle on Seasonal Site(using hydro): $30.00(2 adults) $5.00 per additional adult (age 16 and older), per night
- Guest unaccompanied by Trailer Owner in Seasonal Trailer: $25.00 per night(2 adults) $5.00 per additional adult
- Taxes: As Set by MPAC Assessment
- Boat Launching: $10.00 per day for non-seasonal campers.
Trailer Rentals:
Minimum 2 day rentals on week-ends Prime Season Canada Day to Labour Day. All trailers come fully equipped with B.B.Q., dishes, pots, silverware etc. (Bedding and towels are not included)Waterfront Trailer:

RULES FOR EAST SHORE CAMPARK
- Please keep campsite in a clean and safe condition.
- No junk, equipment or material of any kind shall be placed or permitted to remain on any site at any time.
- Dogs to be on leash at all times, they are not to be left unattended at the site if barking or noise becomes a problem. There will be one verbal warning, second written warning. A third incident is cause for dismissal from the park. No fees reimbursed.
- Poop and Scoop mandatory at all times. A fine of $5.00 if not observied to be donated to the Rec Association.
- Quite time 11:00 p.m. with the exception of the Saturday night of the long week-ends for Rec Association events, then it is 12:00 p.m.
- If individual sites require mowing; at management's discretion, site mowing will be provided by management and a fee of $10.00 per mowing will be billed at the end of the month.
- Overnight guests $5.00 per adult 16 years of age and older. A day fee of $5.00 per adult 16 years of age and older is now in effect for every day in 2010 not just long-week-ends. If staying past 11 p.m. the overnight fee will be charged as well. The fee for both day and overnight is $10.00. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. the next day. Guests need to register at the house upon arrival and pay fee at that time. If management unavailable site owners responsible to collect fee and provide to management. Annual passes are availble for each adult guest who visit on a regular basis. These passes are non-transferable.
- Children 6 and under not to be unattended in Rec Hall. Subject to change for older children if a problem occurs.
- Children to be on site with family or friends after dark. No roaming unattended or bicycling after dark.
- Dumpster is only for kitchen garbage from park use. Dumpster will be locked at all times and opened for 6 hours Sunday 10 to 4 p.m. to dispose of kitchen waste. Alternatively, arrangements can be made with management at management's discretion. Yard waste such as brush, grass clippings are to be placed on burn pile. Leftover wood construction materials and large items are to be taken to local dump 10 minutes away open Wednesday and Saturdays. Garbage, propane tanks, electrical appliances are not to be left by the dumpster. Contact management if assistance required. There will be a fee charged if management assists with disposal to the local dump to be determined based on volume.
- Vandalism is cause for review of park privileges, or loss of park privileges depending upon severity.
- Waterfront equipment to be used with supervision of family.
- Speed Limit 5 km or less and spped bumps not to be avoided. There is a fine of $5.00 if not observed to be donated to the Rec Association. Campers are responsible for their guests being advised of fine.
- Theft, obnoxious or inebriated behaviour is cause for immediate dismissal from park with no reimbursement of fees.
- No plug in electric heaters allowed in trailers.
- Fireworks allowed only with the Rec Association.
- For any change of address please provide in writing to management immediately.
- Any problems which may arise with neighbours please bring to managements attention immediately. Management will deal with these issues.
- To facilitate ongoing maintenance of park property, parking of site owners vehicle to be on their own site, not on vacant sites beside them.
- It is mandatory that you have a wonderful vacation.
